Ginny Ganong Nichols graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with an Interior Design Major and Art Minor. I fell in love with the photographic process while in college and began my career in photograpy in 1979. I specialized in fashion photography and was an owner of Montage Studio in Atlanta, Georgia for 15 years photographing for clients including Macys, Richs, Kuppenheimers, J. Riggins, J.C. Penny, Belks, Perisians and many more. My work appeared in Atlanta Magazine, Elle, G.Q., to name a few and I photographed many famous people including Lewis Grizard, Mickey Mantel, Tony LaSorta and others.

In the year 1996 I began my next journey showing my fine artwork on the national art show circuit and have shown in such prestegious shows as Winterpark in Orlando, Cocanut Grove in Miami,The Naples National, Atlanta Dogwood, The Fort Worth Art show in Texas, the Masters at Disney and many more. I taught photographic workshops in Missoula, Montana for 13 years and my work has been exhibited in the Missoula Museum of the Arts. My fine art work is held in many private collections in this country and abroad.
